Work Environment

The position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from your preferred location in Oregon while maintaining a balanced work-life integration. You will engage with clients through a state-of-the-art online platform that ensures privacy and security. Our flexible scheduling allows you to support clients from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM, making it easier to find a routine that works for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized one-on-one virtual counseling sessions aimed at addressing mental health issues and promoting emotional well-being.
  • Implement active listening techniques to foster an open dialogue with clients, allowing them to articulate their thoughts and feelings.
  • Guide clients in establishing realistic and attainable goals, focusing on practical strategies that enhance their mental health and life satisfaction.
  • Utilize a range of clinical methodologies to develop and apply customized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse group of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns. Our clientele may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will also involve collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • Current licensure to practice independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Strong background in creating individualized treatment plans and implementing effective therapeutic interventions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport through digital channels.
  • Proficient in utilizing digital platforms and teletherapy tools to conduct sessions effectively.
Preferred Experience
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on providing mental health counseling.
