This position is fully remote, ideal for flexibility and work-life balance while allowing you to connect with patients across Springfield, Massachusetts, and beyond. • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring an accurate understanding of each patient's unique challenges.
• Provide individual and family therapy, tailoring approaches based on the specific needs identified during assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate meaningful change.
• Complete essential documentation including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms in compliance with organizational deadlines and regulations.
• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans, equipping patients and their families with strategies to maintain stability and quality of life.
• Create comprehensive discharge plans that facilitate a smooth transition from therapy, ensuring ongoing support through community resources.
• Adhere to federal and state regulations alongside NEHS policies, maintaining ethical standards and compliance in all counseling practices.
• Commit to professional development through ongoing training and continuing education, enhancing your skills to better serve patients.
• Engage in case consultations and agency meetings to collaborate effectively with team members, sharing insights and strategies for improved outcomes.
• Fulfill all licensure and mandatory training requirements to ensure a high standard of care.

Our patient population includes individuals and families from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. • A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or a related field that qualifies for licensure.
• Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in the State of Massachusetts.

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, we prefer applicants with prior experience in community health settings or Telehealth services. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is also beneficial for maintaining accurate and efficient patient care documentation.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and licensure. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
