Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to identify individual needs and tailor subsequent therapeutic interventions.
  • Provide individualized and family therapy sessions that are responsive to the unique circumstances and challenges faced by each patient.
  • Meticulously complete billing documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within prescribed deadlines, ensuring compliance with all administrative requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans that facilitate the ongoing stability and safety of our patients.
  • Collaborate with patients to create effective discharge plans that support their transition out of therapy and into independent living.
  • Adhere to all relevant federal and state regulations alongside NEHS policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of mental health care.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development to sharpen your skills and knowledge through training and continuing education.
  • Engage in regular case consultations and participate in agency meetings to foster collaboration and enhance service delivery.
  • Fulfill all licensure requirements and mandatory training as stipulated by the organization.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse patient population, spanning various age groups and backgrounds, including individuals and families seeking support in navigating mental health challenges. Your work will include addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational dynamics. Qualifications
