• Deliver weekly supervision to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their therapeutic skills.
• Offer psychotherapy services to a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, using our electronic health record (EHR) system to document therapy sessions and progress notes effectively.
• Stay informed about current research and evidence-based practices in mental health to enhance therapeutic approaches and interventions.

You will engage with a varied client base, which includes adults, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Each interaction provides an opportunity to foster lasting change and improvement in clients' lives, equipped with a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.
• Professional liability insurance to secure client interactions.
• A minimum of two years of experience in providing mental health counseling, demonstrating your capability to handle diverse psychological concerns.

• Prior experience supervising practicum students or early career therapists.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques.
• Experience working in a community mental health setting.
