Ironmark is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic and growing account management team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating print and digital marketing campaigns, supporting account growth, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from initiation through delivery.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, working closely with internal departments, vendors, and sales teams to ensure exceptional service and successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues, providing prompt and effective resolution.
- Assist in escalating and resolving complex client concerns when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, projects, and account activity.
Project & Production Management
- Manage projects through the complete production lifecycle, from project initiation through final delivery.
- Coordinate print and digital marketing campaigns to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely execution.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather project specifications and requirements.
- Review project estimates, customer files, proofs, and specifications to ensure accuracy before production.
- Monitor project timelines and communicate status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with production, fulfillment, creative, data, and technology teams to ensure successful project execution.
Account Growth & Business Development
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional products and services.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and generating qualified leads.
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives to support account growth and customer retention.
- Ensure clients are informed about available solutions that can help achieve their business objectives.
Vendor & Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors and production partners to ensure quality, pricing, and delivery expectations are met.
- Assist with client onboarding, account setup, and workflow implementation.
- Ensure all project information is complete, accurate, and properly communicated to internal teams.
Technology & Process Management
- Utilize ERP, project management, CRM, and workflow systems to manage client accounts, production schedules, and project performance.
- Leverage technology to improve efficiency, reporting, client communication, and operational visibility.
- Support process improvements and adoption of new technologies that enhance client and team performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within organizational systems.

Education and Experience
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Printing Management, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of Account Management, Customer Service, Project Management, Print Production, Marketing Services, or related experience.
