What You’ll Do

  • Directly manage commercial general liability, excess, and auto claims.
  • Investigate and evaluate coverage, liability, and damages with precision.
  • Anticipate and pursue risk transfer opportunities.
  • Oversee litigation in partnership with Approved Panel Counsel.
  • Ensure proper file setup, reserving, and compliance with company procedures.
  • Participate in developing claims handling strategies and serve on companywide committees.
  • Maintain required adjuster licenses across applicable states.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in commercial claims handling or a related field.
  • Education: Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical ability, leadership mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
