This person should be equally comfortable setting experience direction and leading how AI is used to accelerate exploration, prototyping, iteration, and decision-making.

How We Work

  • Defining and leading a cohesive UX vision across Corpay’s web and mobile ecosystem, connecting complex experiences across products, workflows, and customer journeys.
  • Owning hands-on design work for high-impact initiatives, from early concepts and journey definition through detailed interaction design, prototyping, and validation.
  • Leading the architecture, evolution, and governance of Corpay's design system across foundations, components, patterns, modules, and documentation.
  • Identifying systemic UX challenges and create scalable solutions that simplify complex financial, operational, transactional, and data-rich experiences.
  • Influencing product strategy and roadmap priorities by partnering with Product, Engineering, Technology, and Business leaders on Corpay’s most important customer and business problems.
  • Using Figma, Figma Make, AI-assisted tools, and high-fidelity prototypes to rapidly explore ideas, shape AI-enabled experiences, align stakeholders, and reduce development risk.
  • Raising the design quality bar across Corpay through shared experience principles and patterns, design critique, executive facilitation, mentorship, and direct contribution to complex product challenges.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 6+ years of experience designing complex B2B or enterprise products across web and mobile, with a strong portfolio demonstrating craft, systems thinking, and measurable product impact.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Technology, and Business teams without relying on formal authority.
  • Experience leading UX strategy for AI-enabled product experiences, translating AI capabilities into useful, intuitive customer workflows and features.
  • Experience leading strategic customer journeys across products, teams, and workflows while balancing customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, regulatory requirements, and speed to market.
  • Deep experience simplifying financial, transactional, operational, or data-intensive workflows into clear, intuitive experiences.
  • Strong systems thinking, with the ability to identify patterns, define experience principles, and create scalable solutions across products and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to move from ambiguity to strategy, concepts, prototypes, and detailed product experiences while maintaining a high bar for craft.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, design systems, and AI-assisted design tools, with demonstrated ability to use AI to accelerate exploration, iteration, and validation throughout the design process.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, visual, and executive communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale, tradeoffs, and strategic recommendations.
