In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence applications, network, information security, database, operating systems, or web technologies for highly complex business and technical needs across multiple groups
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Translate advanced technology experience, an in-depth knowledge of the organizations tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutions
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommends innovations that enhance operations or provide a competitive advantage to the organization
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 7+ years of Software Development experience with architecting, designing and developing solutions using cloud services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and integration technologies
  • 7+ years of experience in public cloud services enablement, implementing controls and policies through Terraform
  • 7+ years of leading engineering of complex cloud solutions using at least to cloud providers (AWS, Google, or Azure).

Desired Qualifications:

  • 7+years of progressive experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale software solutions in cloud-native environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with at least two major cloud platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Demonstrated expertise developing production-grade applications using multiple modern programming languages such as:C#, Java, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go(Golang)Rust (preferred for select high-performance workloads)
  • Deep understanding of cloud architecture patterns including microservices, event-driven systems, serverless computing, containerized workloads, and distributed systems
  • Proven experience designing, building, deploying, and operating applications across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Bicep, or Pulumi
  • Experience building scalable, highly available, secure, and resilient enterprise applications
  • Proficiency with API design, integration patterns, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and microservices architectures
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, performance optimization, observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Experience implementing secure development practices, including application security, secrets management, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to establish engineering standards, development processes, coding best practices, and architectural governance
  • Experience mentoring and technically leading engineering teams while driving architectural decisions and technical strategy
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical direction across teams and organizations
  • Demonstrated track record of leading complex technical initiatives from concept through production deployment and ongoing operational support
  • Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar platforms.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$159,000.00 - $305,000.00
