Location: Winchester, VA - REMOTE (3 days)/ONSITE (2 days)

Clearance: TOP SECRET is a must and job is fully ONSITE
Education: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience
Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator - Windows with AWS with following job responsibilities :
  • Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining operating system workstations and servers, including web servers, in support of business processing requirements.
  • Performs software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages. Schedules installations and upgrades and maintains them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures.
  • Monitors and tunes the system to achieve optimum performance levels.
  • Ensures workstation/server data integrity by evaluating, implementing, and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions.
  • Ensures data/media recoverability by implementing a schedule of system backups and database archive operations. Develops and promotes standard operating procedures.
  • Conducts routine hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
  • Develops and maintains a comprehensive operating system hardware and software configuration database/library of all supporting documentation.

Standard benefits:Our standard benefits include: Our standard benefits include 3 weeks of Paid time off (PTO that includes sick leave). We provide STD, LTD and one time salary equivalent of life insurance at NO cost to all full time employees. All full time employees or w-2 employees with no benefits will be eligible to participate in company's 401k program after 90 days of employment with a company match of 4%, immediate vesting.In addition,all w-2 employees are eligible to be part of company's profit sharing, no employee contributions required.
