You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate care. • Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and evidence-based practices.
• Deliver therapeutic services encompassing individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing various modalities to cater to the unique mental health issues presented by clients.
• Work collaboratively with a team of professionals, providing and receiving input to ensure the delivery of coordinated and holistic care to every client.
• Respond to clients in crisis by providing immediate support and crisis intervention strategies, guiding them through acute distress situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives, facilitating workshops and educational sessions aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma surrounding mental health issues.

You will work with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, who present with various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and substance use issues. • A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage with individuals from various demographics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for effective documentation and case management.

• Experience in community mental health settings or outpatient therapy is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to facilitate remote therapy sessions.
• Background in crisis intervention and experience managing acute mental health situations with clients.

The compensation package includes a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, depending on experience.
