Job Title: Senior Proposal Pricing Analyst Location: Dayton, Ohio Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $135,000.00 - $170,000.00 Work Model: Remote/hybrid Hours: 40.0 Security Clearance: Not specified

Overview

NO THIRD PARTIES 8+ years of pricing experience, including at least 5 years of direct GovCon pre-award proposal pricing, familiarity with Price-to-Win (PTW) methodologies, Experience developing Bills of Estimate (BOEs)

Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-award proposal pricing efforts, including RFP analysis, pricing strategy development, and submission execution
  • Develop Cost/Price Volumes, BOEs, and pricing narratives in compliance with solicitation requirements
  • Construct and maintain complex pricing models, including direct labor, indirect rates, and subcontractor inputs
  • Support Price-to-Win (PTW) analysis and competitive pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with capture teams, account managers, and business units to gather inputs and develop winning pricing approaches
  • Partner with Contracts, Recruiting, HR, and Finance to ensure accurate and complete cost inputs
  • Lead pricing reviews and present financial data and strategy to executive leadership, including the CEO and CFO
  • Ensure all pricing activities comply with internal estimating systems, proposal requirements, and FAR/DFARS regulations; maintain audit-ready documentation
  • Manage multiple pricing submissions simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
  • 8+ years of pricing experience, including at least 5 years of direct GovCon pre-award proposal pricing
  • Preferred: Experience with Deltek Costpoint
  • Familiarity with Price-to-Win (PTW) methodologies
  • Experience developing Bills of Estimate (BOEs)
  • Previous leadership experience in pricing or program control functions
  • Experience using salary databases such as BLS, ERI, etc.
  • Proven experience developing Cost/Price Volumes and pricing narratives for federal proposals
  • Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience supporting IDIQ Task Order proposals
  • Expertise in financial analysis, cost estimation, and competitive pricing strategies
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to all levels of management
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines
  • Ability to pass a company background check
