Job description

Description
Are you an experienced litigation attorney who knows how to move cases forward, take strong depositions, stand your ground against defense counsel, and prepare every case as if it could go to trial?
Council & Associates, LLC is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our growing team.

We are looking for an attorney who shares our commitment to relentless advocacy, exceptional client service, and strong results.
This is not a position for an attorney who wants to simply manage a case list. We want a litigator-someone who enjoys developing cases, taking depositions, arguing motions, working with experts, negotiating from a position of strength, and preparing cases for trial.
Responsibilities
$48

• Active and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia
• Meaningful civil litigation experience
• Strong deposition experience

• Excellent judgment and attention to detail
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with injured clients
Experience handling serious injury, commercial trucking, premises liability, negligent security, wrongful death, or daycare injury cases is a significant plus.
