About the Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist, Europe owns paid media execution across the region, driving digital campaigns that build pipeline and supportTrendAI'snew logo growthobjectives. The role works across languages, cultures, and multiple markets, partnering closely with field marketing and European stakeholders to keep paid programmes aligned with wider campaign goals. This is an opportunity for a self-starter to shape how paid media fuels growth across a diverse, fast-moving region.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Execution

  • Implement paid strategy across pan-European campaigns to drive new logo pipeline growth
  • Execute paid media campaigns across paid LinkedIn, programmatic,retargetingand remarketing initiatives as well as acrossadditionaldigital channels which vary by campaign

Field & Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Support field marketing in executing campaigns across the same paid channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to localise and optimise landing pages and campaign assets
  • Work with agencies and European marketers to keep paid media aligned with wider campaign goals

Performance & Optimisation

  • Track, report on, and optimise campaign performance across paid channels
  • Update and change campaigns based on data foroptimumperformance
  • Contribute to impact reporting to understand how campaigns are contributing to overall business goals and metrics
