Description

In this role, you will own analytics execution and insight delivery across the revenue organization, ensuring the business has clear, trusted data to drive decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.


You will partner closely with GTM leadership to define key metrics, build reporting, and translate complex data into actionable insights that inform and shape business decisions.


This is a leader-doer role: you will remain hands-on in building and validating reporting while managing and developing one analyst. You’ll play a key role in elevating the quality, consistency, and impact of analytics across the organization.

You will report directly to the Senior Director of Business Operations, partnering closely to align on priorities and ensure analytics efforts support broader business strategy.


This role is remote for those living 50+ miles from Lehi, UT and hybrid for those living less than 50 miles from Lehi, UT. #LIRemote

Requirements

A typical day may include:

  • Building and owning reporting across the full customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, onboarding, product adoption, churn, expansion, renewal)
  • Defining and standardizing key metrics across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Translating business questions into structured analyses and clear, actionable recommendations
  • Partnering with Customer Success leadership to strengthen visibility into retention, expansion, and customer health
  • Proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across the funnel and surfacing insights to leadership
  • Managing and mentoring a Senior Sales Operations Analyst; setting priorities and ensuring high-quality output
  • Driving alignment across teams by ensuring metrics are clearly defined, consistent, and adopted
  • Partnering with Business Applications and Data teams to improve data quality, tracking, and reporting scalability
  • Identifying opportunities to automate reporting and reduce manual work

Initial focus will be on strengthening Customer Success and funnel visibility, with broader standardization across GTM over time.


What will I need to thrive in this role?

  • 6+ years of experience in analytics, business operations, revenue operations, or a related data-driven function
  • Experience supporting decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Success
  • SaaS industry experience is preferred
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring analysts (direct management experience preferred)
  • Advanced Power BI experience (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization)
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling and warehouse concepts (ETL/ELT, schemas, source of truth); experience with Big Query and Python is preferred
  • Experience working with Salesforce and GTM systems; ability to partner cross-functionally with technical teams
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to operational outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
