Touch of Peace Counseling Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists for full-time remote roles. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological needs accurately and develop personalized treatment plans based on these evaluations.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to deliver one-on-one counseling or therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that help clients address common mental health issues, fostering a sense of belonging and community among attendees.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care, contributing to comprehensive treatment planning.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, effectively addressing mental health emergencies with compassion and professionalism.
• Educate clients about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources for ongoing support.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and patient records in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
• Engage in regular case consultations, participate in team meetings, and pursue ongoing professional development initiatives.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in therapeutic practices, integrating new approaches into current methodologies.

Our client base consists of diverse individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds. By offering a culturally competent approach, we strive to address the unique needs of each client, fostering their path to recovery and well-being.

• A valid and current license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Massachusetts.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Substantial knowledge of mental health disorders and the latest evidence-based treatment modalities applicable to psychotherapy.
• Strong skills in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing effective, individualized mental health treatment plans.
• Experience in delivering therapeutic services to both individuals and groups within diverse populations.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, showcasing strong communication skills when interacting with clients and colleagues.
• A commitment to ethical practice and professional boundaries, demonstrating sound judgment in all scenarios.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with various computer applications used in the mental health field.
• A collaborative mentality, eager to contribute as part of a multidisciplinary team.

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, candidates with additional experience in community mental health settings, crisis intervention, and group therapy facilitation will be prioritized. Familiarity with telehealth practices and platforms is also valued.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
