• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health issues and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at fostering personal development.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of clients, guiding them through challenges such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and consistently monitor their progress, ensuring that treatment plans adapt to their evolving needs.
• Provide teletherapy options to ensure that clients have access to care regardless of their transportation or mobility challenges.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to uphold ethical standards and support continuity of care.
• Engage in consistent professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed of advancements in therapeutic practices.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population of clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety disorders, and depressive symptoms. • Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in good standing.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Empathetic and nonjudgmental approach to therapy, understanding the complexities of clients’ experiences.
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities to effectively handle a diverse caseload and administrative responsibilities.

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on therapy delivery.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling sessions is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with treatment methodologies for addiction and trauma-informed care is a plus.
