This is a remote role, enabling you to create a comfortable and productive workspace that suits your needs. While you’ll work primarily from home, you will be part of a collaborative team that values communication, professional growth, and work-life balance. Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering structured time for client sessions and team interaction.

• Conduct comprehensive online assessments to understand client needs and concerns, providing a foundation for tailored care plans.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques during virtual sessions, fostering a supportive environment for client growth.
• Collaborate with clients to establish and pursue their mental health goals, utilizing motivational interviewing and goal-setting strategies.
• Deliver therapy sessions in a fully remote capacity, leveraging telehealth technologies to connect with clients effectively.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in our secure EMR system.
• Engage in professional development opportunities, including workshops and online training, to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated with industry best practices.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Clason Mental Health Clinic, you will work primarily with adults dealing with mild to moderate mental health concerns. Our pre-screening process ensures that you are matched with clients whose needs align with your expertise, allowing you to focus on delivering impactful care. Clients may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress management.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Tennessee licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in good standing.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience demonstrating effective therapeutic techniques and client engagement.

• Experience in teletherapy or providing services through digital platforms.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse populations.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
