The position is structured for full-time employment, with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. While you will be working remotely, you will be part of a collaborative team that values communication and teamwork. • Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that suit individual needs and objectives.
• Provide therapeutic services, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing a range of evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.
• Support clients in setting realistic mental health goals, regularly evaluating their progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain timely and accurate client records that comply with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in every patient interaction.
• Engage in continuous professional development, including attending workshops and pursuing certifications, to enhance your skill set and keep abreast of the latest advancements in mental health care.

You will be working with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health conditions. Our clinic serves a wide demographic, with clients of varying ages, backgrounds, and life experiences. Understanding the unique stories and circumstances of each client is essential for fostering trust and effectively guiding them through their therapeutic process.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• An active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in the state of Vermont.
• A strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic interventions is crucial, along with the ability to deliver personalized care.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to foster relationships built on trust with clients and colleagues alike.
• The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a dynamic team environment is essential for success in this role.

• At least two years of clinical experience working with a diverse client base, showcasing your ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet varied needs.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies, enhancing client engagement and accessibility.
