  • Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Provide referrals to supplemental healthcare providers such as psychiatrists when additional psychiatric care or evaluations are needed.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals.

Qualifications
  • A valid and active mental health counseling license such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts.
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of four years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating depth in therapeutic practices and strategies.
  • Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
  • Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to manage client information and set up virtual sessions.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing both individual and group therapy sessions, with a focus on using inclusive approaches that cater to a diverse clientele.
  • A solid background in crisis intervention techniques and the ability to maintain composure in challenging therapeutic situations.
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients, fostering trust and encouraging open dialogue.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
