• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, employing tools such as structured interviews and standardized assessment scales.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, collaborating with clients to establish realistic and achievable goals.
• Deliver therapeutic services using a variety of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and other psychotherapeutic approaches to ensure client-centered care.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of therapy sessions in line with legal and ethical standards, updating treatment plans as necessary based on client progress.
• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with fellow therapists to enhance clinical skills and ensure high-quality care delivery.

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population ranging from children to adults, addressing a variety of emotional and psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. You will play a crucial role in supporting clients from different backgrounds, providing culturally sensitive care that respects their unique experiences and challenges.

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for establishing rapport and maintaining a therapeutic connection with clients remotely.
• Strong empathy and a genuine understanding of the complexities of clients' experiences are required to build trust and facilitate effective therapy.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities to effectively schedule and conduct therapy sessions while maintaining up-to-date documentation.

• Experience working in teletherapy or remote counseling settings is preferred, particularly with adolescents and adults.
• Previous familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and treatment planning.
• Knowledge of additional therapeutic techniques, such as trauma-informed care or play therapy, will be considered an asset.

• The annual salary range for this position is USD 80,000 – 100,000, dependent on your caseload and experience.
