As part of our team, your essential responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
• Current California licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing.
• Proficiency in digital platforms for conducting virtual therapy sessions.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality in line with state and federal regulations.

While not mandatory, the following experiences will enhance your candidacy:

• Fluency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable, with a bilingual salary differential available.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
