Industry background: Open to any industry background - Finance/ Banking Preferred Role Summary We are seeking a Junior Product Owner to support product planning, prioritization, and delivery coordination for enterprise AI capabilities across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, connectors, and governed business automation. This role will partner with business stakeholders, architecture, engineering, security, data, and operations teams to help define use cases, support roadmap execution, manage backlogs, and contribute to the adoption of AI capabilities that deliver measurable business value

Key Responsibilities โ€ข Support product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for AI worker capabilities across M365 and business application scenarios โ€ข Translate business demand into clear product requirements, epics, features, and acceptance criteria โ€ข Partner with architecture and engineering teams to align delivery with enterprise standards, governance, and security controls โ€ข Support stakeholder engagement across LOB, platform, risk, compliance, and delivery teams โ€ข Manage backlog, dependencies, and support release planning and outcome tracking โ€ข Contribute to defining value realization metrics, adoption goals, and success measures for AI-enabled scenarios โ€ข Support connector onboarding, enterprise knowledge grounding, agent lifecycle planning, and use case intake โ€ข Assist in coordinating pilot, rollout, and adoption activities across business and platform teams Must have technical skills/experience (Min 5years experience in all ) โ€ข 5 years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role โ€ข Experience translating business problems into clear requirements and user stories โ€ข Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar enterprise tools โ€ข Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams โ€ข Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, and requirements documentation Nice to Have Skills โ€ข Experience supporting project or program coordination, including tracking timelines, risks. โ€ข Familiarity with project management practices or tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, Planner) โ€ข Exposure to delivery reporting, status updates, and stakeholder communications โ€ข Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., financial services) โ€ข Basic exposure to AI governance, prompt/agent lifecycle, or data access enablement
