As a remote-based mental health therapist, you will have the flexibility to conduct sessions from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients through secure telehealth platforms. As a Mental Health Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and mental health screenings to evaluate clients’ needs, followed by developing personalized treatment plans that align with their specific challenges and goals.
• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques designed to engage clients actively and promote their progress.
• Collaborating with other members of the treatment team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure cohesive and holistic care.
• Educating and supporting clients’ families, enhancing their understanding and involvement in their loved one’s recovery journey.
• Maintaining meticulous and confidential electronic health records (EHR) to comply with regulatory standards and ethical practices.

You will work primarily with a diverse group of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a broad spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will provide them with hope and direction for their clinical outcomes, while your culturally responsive approach will ensure that all clients feel seen, heard, and valued.

Successful applicants must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A valid state license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• At least 2 years of experience in mental health counseling with a demonstrated ability to deliver quality care.
• Proficient skills in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client information effectively.

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• Advanced training in specialized treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• A track record of working in community health settings with underserved populations.
• Skills in group therapy facilitation and crisis intervention.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Alongside your salary, we provide an attractive benefits package that includes:
