• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to establish trust and gather relevant historical and psychosocial data, setting the stage for effective therapeutic relationships.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs, ensuring progress is monitored and adjusted as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal policies, safeguarding client confidentiality and enhancing continuity of care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes and ensure holistic treatment approaches.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, demystifying mental health issues, improving understanding, and fostering supportive networks.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health research, actively engaging in professional development to refine therapeutic techniques and approaches.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, underscoring our preference for high standards of professional training.
• A valid LICSW license in the state of Washington, allowing for independent practice and ensuring adherence to state regulations.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy and support in mental health settings, highlighting your experience with a variety of clinical issues.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, vital for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, allowing you to navigate complex client needs effectively.

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings or substance use disorder treatment would be beneficial but not mandatory.
