We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Innovation Intern to support the design, development, and implementation of automation and AI-driven solutions across our operations and technology teams. This role is ideal for a college senior or MBA candidate with a strong technical foundation and interest in applying emerging technologies (Python, AI, and Microsoft Power Platform) to real-world business challenges.

The intern will work on high-impact initiatives focused on workflow automation, data integration, and AI-enabled process improvements. Key functions will include but are not limited to:

Python Development

  • Build and maintain Python scripts for data processing, API integrations, and automation use cases
  • Support development of tools that streamline underwriting, operations, and reporting workflows

AI & Prompt Engineering

  • Design, test, and optimize AI prompts for business use cases (e.g., summarization, document processing, decision support)
  • Assist in evaluating AI tools (e.g., Copilot, LLM-based solutions) for operational efficiency gains

Power Platform Development

  • Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
  • Help identify opportunities to digitize manual processes and improve workflow efficiencyCollaborate on low-code solutions that integrate with enterprise systems

Process Automation & Integration

  • Partner with business and technology teams to map processes and identify automation opportunities
  • Assist with API-based integrations and data pipelines between internal and external systems
