Base Pay: $36,000 / year + Full Benefits (see below)
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $129,000 + Uncapped Commission
Company: The Investor’s Edge

What if your job actually fit your life—instead of the other way around?

Picture this: You wake up when you want. Work out. Run errands. Spend real time with family. Then, when your shift starts in the afternoon, you take a few calls, close some deals, and build toward a six-figure income—all from your couch.

No traffic. No office politics. No pretending to look busy between tasks.

Just real work, real income, and real freedom.

That's the life our Sales Directors live.

At The Investor's Edge, we've spent 20 years building something different: a company where high performers can earn $100K-$150K+ annually without sacrificing their personal lives. Our evening and weekend sales team works when leads are hottest—and during downtime between calls, your life is yours.

Here's how it works:

You'll work evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule (so you always know when your days off are). You'll take pre-set appointments and live-transfer calls from people who are actively interested in real estate investing. You'll close high-ticket programs. And you'll get paid well—$36K base plus uncapped commissions.

Most importantly? You'll have time. Time between calls to live your life. Time to be present with the people you love. Time to build the lifestyle you actually want.

What we're looking for:

Someone who's already proven they can close. 2+ years of B2C high-ticket phone sales experience. CRM skills. A track record with $3K+ programs. And the discipline to work remotely without losing focus.

What we're offering:

$100K-$150K+ earning potential. Full benefits (health stipend, company-paid vision/dental/life, 401k match, mental health support). A proven system. Warm leads. And a culture that's earned us "Top Workplace" recognition.

This is more than a job. It's a lifestyle.

If you're ready to earn like a top performer while actually having a life outside of work, we should talk.

You’ll typically have 25–35 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into  11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers.
