 What You Will Do:

  • Prepare and maintain multiple program tracking metrics
  • Utilize SAP to run reports and analyze large volumes of data
  • Understand and appropriately allocate critical detail parts across repair facilities to facilitate on time delivery metrics and presentations
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain Managers and directly with Sub Tier Suppliers, Material Planners, and other stakeholders to maintain a steady campaign implementation and life cycle
  • Prepare status reports, batch email distributions as required, upload weekly data packages 
  • Attend meetings for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and support to address any issues that arise during the implementation and overall life cycle for a Retrofit campaign.
  • Review POs from customer or requestor, check levels of stock inventory and respond appropriately with tracking and follow up/follow through
  • Obtain and track Commitments for parts shortages
  • Hold plants accountable for any commitments on parts to be delivered
  • Track commitments, timetables, deliveries, and quantities and account for changes
  • Determine variances to commitments, reasons for change, and potential recovery plans
  • Work with various teams to ensure movement of parts
  • Respond to urgent or high visibility requests
  • Report out summary of data and actions on a daily basis

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related work experience
  • 5+ years of experience working within a manufacturing facility or experience in the Aerospace industry with a focus on Aftermarket
  • Strong emphasis on data management, analysis, and SAP 
  • Excellence in communication, follow up, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software 
  • Ability and willingness to learn new software i.e. MRO Life
  • Develop/enhance work instructions to implement best practices/lessons learned and ensure repeatability of tasks
  • Ability to write Standard of Work Instructions
  • A process-oriented mindset with a desire to improve efficiency 
  • Work well with others in a team setting
  • Able to learn and take on new tasks independently

Pay Range: $31.00/hour - $34.00/hour


Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.


Work Requirements: This position is classified as Remote within the United States.


Travel Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.


Citizenship Requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
