Compassionate Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, utilizing standardized screening tools and clinical interviews to inform treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment interventions tailored to each client's unique needs, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing clients with techniques to enhance their coping skills and emotional resilience.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participating in regular staff meetings and case consultations to ensure cohesive care and client support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans, adhering to ethical guidelines and agency requirements.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health treatments and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Our clients include diverse populations from various backgrounds, including families, couples, adolescents, and individuals experiencing mental health issues. • Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of full-time counseling experience in mental health settings.

• Experience working with couples, families, and children, demonstrating a wide range of therapeutic techniques.
• Familiarity with teletherapy technologies and best practices for delivering virtual mental health services.
• Ability to address issues affecting clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and identities.

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
