They may be involved in researching new polymer blends, improving manufacturing processes, and collaborating with teams virtually to solve technical challenges. Their work supports industries like automotive, medical devices, electronics, and packaging by ensuring materials meet specific performance and safety standards. Remote Polymer Engineers utilize digital tools for simulations, data analysis, and communication, making it possible to contribute to projects from anywhere.

What are some common challenges faced by remote polymer scientists, and how can they be effectively addressed?

Remote polymer scientists often face challenges related to limited access to laboratory equipment and direct collaboration with colleagues. To overcome these, many professionals leverage virtual lab simulations, collaborate closely with on-site teams for experimental work, and utilize cloud-based data analysis tools. Regular virtual meetings and clear communication protocols are essential for staying aligned with project goals and timelines. Job description

Location: Schaumburg, IL or New York, NY (currently hybrid with up to 50% remote); open to fully remote

Your mission in the Advertising team:

TouchTunes is looking for a Demand Generation Manager, Advertising to build and scale our outbound sales development engine. Reporting to the SVP of Advertising, you'll own target account strategy, prospecting, and multi-channel outreach to consistently generate qualified meetings for our sales team. Using modern sales technology and AI-powered SDR tools, you’ll create scalable processes that connect the right prospects with the right sellers and support the continued growth of our advertising business.

Your day-to-day:

  • Build our target account strategy by developing and maintaining our total addressable market across national advertisers across adult-audience verticals, their holding companies and agencies of record, independent and regional agencies, local media partners, and programmatic buyers.
  • Generate qualified meetings by converting outbound activity into sales opportunities and routing meetings to the appropriate sales rep.
  • Execute outbound campaigns using CRM, sales engagement, and AI-powered prospecting tools to deliver targeted, compliant outreach and maintain high-quality prospect data.
  • Own prospect data quality by creating and maintaining accurate contact records, decision-maker maps, and account intelligence within our CRM.
  • Optimize performance through ongoing testing of messaging, sequences, and outreach strategies to improve response, conversion, and meeting rates.
  • Measure results by tracking key funnel metrics, reporting on pipeline generation, and using data to balance demand and seller capacity.
  • Build for scale by establishing the playbook, refining the workflows, and helping expand SDR resources as the business grows.

Your profile:

  • 4-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, sales development, outbound growth, or a similar growth-focused role.
  • Experience building or significantly scaling an outbound prospecting program, not just executing an existing one.
  • A demonstrated track record of generating qualified meetings and pipeline at volume.
  • Hands-on fluency with the modern outbound stack, including CRMs (Salesforce or HubSpot), sales engagement platforms (Salesloft or Outreach), and prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Direct experience using AI-assisted SDR and outreach automation (such as Artisan, 11x, or similar), and managing email deliverability and domain management.
  • Technically savvy and data-driven: comfortable building workflows, defining an ideal customer profile and segmentation, running tests, and reporting on funnel metrics.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft outreach that earns engagement.
  • Experience managing and developing SDRs or other sales development professionals in a high-growth environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in advertising, media, adtech, or advertising.
  • Familiarity with agencies, holding companies, local media, DSPs and trading desks, and exposure to programmatic or digital out-of-home.
