In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Engage directly with clients, providing individual, group, and family therapy focusing on those experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and support service delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct evidence-based assessments and develop integrated care plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, with an emphasis on empowering their decision-making processes.
• Utilize appropriate methodologies to monitor client progress and adapt interventions based on their ongoing needs.
• Assist in crisis intervention where necessary, providing immediate support and resources to clients in distress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data submission in a timely manner, complying with all regulatory and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in agency committees aimed at improving service quality and organizational efficacy.

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in New Jersey.

• Demonstrated organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
• Expertise in treatment planning and evidence-based practices suited to a diverse population.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, utilizing digital tools for communication and case management.

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, applicants with a demonstrated history of working with underserved populations in a remote setting will be prioritized. Experience with crisis intervention and trauma-informed care is highly advantageous for this role.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience.
