Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft clear, accurate, and concise healthcare policy documents, procedures, position statements, and regulatory summaries.

  • Monitor updates from CMS, state Medicaid programs, and legislative bodies to identify changes impacting healthcare operations.

  • Translate complex regulations and policy updates into internal documents, training materials, and member/provider communications.

  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, government programs, and clinical teams to ensure alignment of written policies with operational practices.

  • Analyze the impact of regulatory and policy changes on organizational processes and recommend policy adjustments.

  • Prepare reports and briefing materials for internal stakeholders and executive leadership.

  • Participate in audits and reviews to ensure policy compliance with Medicare and Medicaid standards.

  • Support the development of policy content for RFPs, contracts, and stakeholder engagement.
