• Create and continually adapt comprehensive treatment plans that align with client objectives and highlight progress measurements.
• Document client interactions meticulously within an intuitive online platform, facilitating seamless record-keeping and monitoring client outcomes over time.
• Provide psychoeducation and strength-based interventions that bolster emotional regulation and behavioral health.

This position emphasizes serving first responders and their families who often confront unique stressors associated with their professions. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• An active and valid license in the state of California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A minimum of two years of experience as a mental health counselor in a clinical outpatient or virtual care setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing client caseloads and organizational tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms for seamless client interaction and documentation.
