Job description

You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Ranges, Targets Ops & Labs, Threat Target Systems Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the grade level (GS 11/12) or pay band (DA-04) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Demonstrated experience as an operator or technical personnel within the USN Aerial Target Enterprise (or a highly comparable military/commercial tactical aviation and remote-controlled systems enterprise); 2) - Demonstrated experience interpreting, executing, and ensuring compliance with the NAVAIRINST 3710.13 series (or closely related standard operating instructions such as OPNAVINST 3710.7) in support of operational systems; 3) Demonstrating experience preparing logically structured, concise, and technically accurate written materials, such as post-flight logs, operational checklists, training materials, training slides, briefs, and audit reports; 4) Assisting technical teams in researching operational malfunctions, translating operator complaints, or organizing telemetry data to support engineering investigations or recommendations; 5) Participating in process or program reviews for compliance or audit purposes.
