• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being through interviews and standardized measures.
• Evaluate clients' needs, issues, and goals to construct tailored treatment plans that encompass best practices in the field.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients across the lifespan, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Conduct couples therapy sessions with a focus on improving communication skills, conflict resolution, and relationship strengthening.
• Actively collaborate with clients to adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback, ensuring adaptive and personalized care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with agency standards and legal guidelines.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies, demonstrating calmness and proficiency in high-pressure situations.

Your work will primarily involve engaging with a diverse client population, including teens, adults, and couples facing various emotional and psychological challenges. • A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and/or couples therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with both child and adult populations is preferred, highlighting a well-rounded therapeutic approach.
• Strong skills in completing client assessments, crafting treatment plans, and writing progress notes in a timely manner.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively utilize electronic health record platforms.

Preferred candidates will have previous experience working in community health settings or similar environments that emphasize collaborative care.
