This role is fully remote, allowing for increased flexibility and the comfort of working from home. Our therapeutic approach includes individual, family, and group therapy sessions, complemented by telehealth services that cater to clients needing remote care. • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to accurately diagnose and understand client needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client, ensuring ongoing documentation, including case notes and treatment plan reviews align with the clinic's policies.
• Maintain an active caseload of approximately 25-30 client visits each week, balancing caseload effectively while delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions.
• Provide exemplary customer service to clients, fostering a supportive and welcoming environment.
• Creatively utilize therapeutic techniques to help clients set achievable goals and exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other professionals to coordinate care effectively, ensuring comprehensive support for the client.
• Document session notes and treatment progress in accordance with organizational protocols and regulatory requirements.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Top Point Counseling Clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Must possess a current and active California state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage clients and document sessions.
• Proficiency in setting and maintaining appropriate professional boundaries; comfort working with a diverse client population.
• Ability to pass a background check prior to employment.

• Prior experience in mental health documentation such as treatment plans, diagnostic assessments, and clinical case notes is highly valued.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families in a therapeutic context is preferred.
• Familiarity with community resources and fee collection practices at the time of service is advantageous.

• Annual salary between $120,000 and $140,000, based on experience, with an enticing sign-on bonus of $3,000.
