Job description

ezCater is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead our enterprise meal solutions - a set of products that lets organizations manage recurring employee meals, food spend, and catering at scale. You'll own the vision and roadmap for building a simple, unified admin experience and a best-in-class recurring meal offering, turning ezCater into the food platform every large company depends on.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the multi-year vision and roadmap for ezCater's enterprise meal solutions and be accountable for the growth, retention, and activation of our enterprise customer base.
  • Serve as the executive voice for our enterprise product strategy and its business impact to the executive leadership team.
  • Set investment priorities across a multi-product portfolio, making the tradeoffs between platform capabilities (SSO, governance, integrations, reporting, etc.) and speed-to-market for new enterprise features.
  • Direct engineering, design, and data leadership to convert ambiguous enterprise requirements into a coherent, scalable product strategy.
  • Define the signals, thresholds, and playbooks that flag upsell opportunity, churn risk, and activation gaps and partner with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success leadership to act on them.
  • Define the metrics across activation, retention, and customer success that show what's working and what isn't, and translate those insights into a clear narrative and plan.
  • Lead and develop a multi-pod PM organization, setting direction and ensuring strong execution across the portfolio.

What You Have:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years leading admin, platform, or B2B products used by large organizations.
  • 2+ years experience recruiting, managing and developing PMs, with a track record of building high performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen: has effectively run a business unit or major product line, thinking across product, finance, and marketing to drive its overall success.
  • Experience building for enterprise needs, such as single sign-on, roles and permissions, billing/invoicing, and reporting platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the needs of company administrators and decision-makers - governance, security, integrations, and scale.
  • A strong track record of using data and experimentation to drive measurable product improvements.
  • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams and executive leaders in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks, team gatherings and other events, when applicable.

The national total target cash compensation range for this position, including base salary and bonus target, is $229,000-$321,000 annually.*

*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
