About Us: CODA Consortium of Drug and Alcohol Testing and MRO Services is a leading provider of comprehensive drug and alcohol testing programs. Our services ensure workplace safety and compliance across industries. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis.

Job Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, initiate, and manage projects while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
  • Track project performance, analyzing the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure effective collaboration.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and report on outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
