Job Title: Project Manager II Location-Type: Remote (must be available for 7:00 AM EST meetings) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Contract, 6 months with auto-renewal Compensation Range: $75-100/hr W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: The Project Manager II will independently lead large, complex radiology and healthcare IT initiatives within the client's Enterprise Project Management Office, driving cross-functional alignment, system integrations, and operational readiness across a high-volume project portfolio. Job Summary Lead the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, for high-visibility clinical and IT initiatives. Manage and coordinate radiology platform rollouts and integrations, including imaging systems and clinical workflow platforms such as Epic Radiant. Serve as the primary point of accountability for executive stakeholders, facilitating steering meetings, escalating key decisions, and maintaining alignment across departments. Develop and maintain comprehensive project charters, schedules, risk registers, stakeholder plans, and resource plans. Navigate interdependencies across a large portfolio of concurrent projects, proactively managing risks, scope changes, and barriers to execution. Provide direction and peer mentorship to junior project managers and project coordinators. Maintain budget oversight, financial tracking, and forecasting, and ensure adherence to ePMO methodologies and change control procedures. Minimum Requirements: Senior-level project management experience with a strong background in radiology or imaging-focused healthcare IT projects. Hands-on experience with Epic Radiant and/or Sectra, sufficient to advise on system integrations, historical data backloads, and clinical workflow adoption. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with Epic Radiant consultants, physicians, and radiologists on technical and clinical topics. Proven success managing multiple concurrent, complex healthcare IT projects simultaneously, with strong stakeholder alignment and prioritization skills. Bachelor's degree in a related field, or minimum 3-5 years of formal project management experience in healthcare or academic settings; PMP certification preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with both Epic Radiant and Sectra, including integration and/or platform rollout in an acquisition or health system expansion context. Epic Radiant certification or equivalent validated proficiency. Familiarity with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and collaborative work platforms. Experience within a formal ePMO structure, including contributing to continuous improvement of project management practices.
