As an Engineer Sr / Staff - Controls Engineering, you will lead the design, integration, and commissioning of control systems supporting power generation, battery energy storage (BESS), and other energy infrastructure projects.
Working across the full project lifecycle, you'll partner with EPC contractors, OEMs, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient plant control solutions.
What You'll Do
Lead the design and integration of plant-wide control systems, including:
Balance of Plant (BOP)
Generator and turbine controls
Power Management Systems (PMS)
Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
Develop and review control narratives, system logic, cause-and-effect matrices, and network architectures.
Provide technical direction to control system integrators, vendors, and OEM partners.
Support FEED, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and operations.
Troubleshoot, test, and optimize control systems to improve reliability and performance.
Lead design reviews, Management of Change (MOC), and system implementation activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and engineering standards.
Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and operations teams to deliver integrated plant solutions.
What You'll Bring

Required: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering field from an ABET accredited college or university and twelve (12) - (15) fifteen years engineering experience in natural gas, data centers or related industry
Preferred: PE License

Senior:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering field from an ABET accredited college or university and eight (8) years engineering experience in natural gas, data centers or related industry
