Senior Business Consultant (Syteline ERP Implementation) - Remote, U.S.

Harris Fields Search Partners is seeking a Senior Business Consultant on behalf of their client in a remote full-time role with 25-50% travel within the U.S. This position offers the opportunity to work with industry-leading technologies, specifically CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine), while supporting clients with manufacturing and distribution needs. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financials, cost accounting, planning and scheduling, project management, and system implementation, with a particular focus on SyteLine solutions. Applicants with a current Federal security clearance or those who are clearable are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution and implementation of project plans.
  • Conduct on-site client interactions to assess business needs and provide expert consultation.
  • Develop and deliver documentation and reports for customers.
  • Provide end-user training on CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine).
  • Analyze and recommend solutions for complex, tactical-level problems.
  • Perform business process analysis and modeling for manufacturing processes.
  • Develop test plans and execute system testing.
  • Provide internal and external status reporting on project progress.

Position Requirements:

  • Required: Experience with SyteLine 8 or 9; familiarity with SyteLine 6 or older is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in an analytical field such as MIS, math, operations research, engineering, logistics, or science.
  • Experience:
    • 15+ years of SyteLine product experience in manufacturing and distribution environments.
    • 15+ years experience in client industries related to forecasting, scheduling, planning, logistics, and manufacturing.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.
    • Ability to analyze and optimize business processes for global solutions.
    • Strong self-motivation, high energy level, and the ability to persist in challenging environments.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Access, Oracle/SQL (beginner level).
    • Familiarity with supply chain processes, including forecasting, planning, and scheduling.
    • Knowledge of finite scheduling, simulation, or solver-based optimization.
    • APICS Certified (CPIM) is recommended.
  • Clearance: Applicants with a current Federal security clearance or those who are clearable are preferred.

  • 25-50% travel within the U.S.; infrequent international travel may be required.
