Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will undertake a multifaceted role that primarily includes:

• Conducting initial assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of individuals and families.
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, while also offering individual counseling tailored to their unique situations.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that address issues such as alcohol abuse, family conflicts, grief, job stress, and more.

Qualifications
