C2 Chief Engineer
The Opportunity:
Join as a leader in the Defense Technology Group team as a Chief Engineer for Battle Management Portfolio with a focus on International Command and Control. Develop and maintain high quality relationships with customers and partners, including next generation technology vendors. Recommend and implement business development and marketing strategies to achieve maximum customer and market penetration and to drive tactical and strategic growth. Help drive growth goals for the business and manage a pipeline for the client, ensuring we have short-, mid-, and long-term opportunities spread across the divisions. Lead efforts for identification, qualification and capture of specific opportunities as well as the generation of qualified pipeline growth to support the Division's and Operation's forecast and plan.
You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience working in defense, government services, and professional services, including FMS, engineering, business development, program capture, planning, and execution
  • Experience leading opportunity captures with FMS customers, including developing overall win strategy and shaping deals with customers
  • Knowledge of government contracting, current acquisition trends and customer buying behaviors
  • Ability to identify key C2 growth areas and develop new business aligned with the company's growth strategy
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Ability to maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities in excess of $1B
  • TS/SCI clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $162,800.00 to $303,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
