We leverage AI-powered tools and structured workflows to scale our recruitment operations and meet high-volume staffing demands.

Position Summary: The Recruitment Manager will lead our talent acquisition strategy and oversee high-volume recruitment for event staffing roles across multiple markets. This role is responsible for optimizing our recruitment pipeline, introducing best practices, and ensuring we meet staffing demands quickly and reliably. This is a contract-to-hire position, starting as a contract role with the intent to convert to a full-time W2 employee upon successful performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-volume recruitment for event staff positions across all Fierce Staffing markets
  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms (job boards, social media, JazzHR)
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates using AI tools and ATS (JazzHR)
  • Develop and optimize recruitment workflows and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Introduce industry best practices for high-volume hiring
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, fill rate, cost-per-hire, candidate quality
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to align staffing needs with recruitment pipeline
  • Manage candidate communications and onboarding coordination
  • Build and maintain talent pools for on-demand event staffing
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and reduce no-shows

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume or staffing industry
  • Experience with ATS systems and recruitment technology
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently and introduce new ideas
  • Familiarity with event/hospitality staffing is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience working at a staffing agency or temp staffing firm (required)
  • Experience managing high-volume pipelines of 100+ candidates per week
  • Familiarity with multi-market staffing operations
  • Experience with shift-based or event-based workforce scheduling
  • Understanding of compliance requirements for W2 and 1099 workers

Compensation:

  • Contract period: $4,600-$5,400/month (commensurate with experience)
  • W2 conversion: $55,000-$65,000/year base salary
  • Performance bonus: Tied to fill rate and time-to-fill metrics
  • Healthcare benefits (upon W2 conversion)
  • Unlimited PTO with company approval policy (upon W2 conversion)

Contract-to-Hire Terms:

  • Initial contract period: 90 days
  • Conversion to W2 based on performance evaluation at end of contract period
  • Performance evaluated on: fill rate, time-to-fill, candidate quality, and workflow improvements
