Advisors guide clients on survey strategy, results interpretation, and action planning for nurses, physicians, and nonclinical staff. In this highly consultative role, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues across analytics, client management, and delivery to design integrated solutions that support each client's unique needs.

You'll work with a diverse portfolio of organizations ranging from community hospitals to large, multistate health systems. This is a remote position with approximately 25% travel for onsite client presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage survey cycles with strong project management discipline-ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables stay on track.
  • Present survey findings virtually and inperson to senior leadership teams, translating data into actionable insights and recommended next steps.
  • Train and support clients in the use of Press Ganey's online tools, dashboards, and resources.
  • Collaborate across Press Ganey (e.g., Patient Experience Advisors, Growth, Implementation, Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Leverage Press Ganey's national database to contextualize client performance and support goalsetting discussions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and facilitate connection points across organizations.
  • Continue developing expertise in employee engagement and the healthcare industry through ongoing learning, knowledge sharing, and peer collaboration.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare, human resources, business, or a related discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare, consulting, HR, or a related field.
  • Deep expertise in employee engagement-either through managing listening strategies directly or advising/consulting organizations in this space.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with proven ability to establish credibility in executive settings.
  • Experience working in or advising within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience conducting data analysis.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $81,000 - $115,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
