Windsor, CT

We’re hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) who wants strong earning potential, autonomy in the field, and the opportunity to provide personalized care in a smaller, high-touch environment.

You’ll step into a home health role focused on evaluations, treatment, functional improvement, and helping patients regain mobility and independence in their own homes. You’ll manage your territory with considerable autonomy while joining an established organization with an existing patient base throughout Northern Connecticut.
