• Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients to facilitate an effective therapeutic environment.
• Thoroughly assess and diagnose clients' mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions with individuals and couples, providing guidance and support to help them navigate their challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies to address various mental health issues, adapting approaches to meet each client's specific needs.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and families dealing with complex dynamics. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
