You will help clients build resilience and foster independent coping skills essential for sustaining their recovery beyond treatment.

Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
  • Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in Texas.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients and team members.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and a client-centered approach in all therapeutic interactions.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with young adults or in outpatient treatment settings.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a passion for continuing education in mental health.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
