• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead group sessions that nurture a supportive environment for clients to share their experiences, fostering community and strength among peers.
• Provide Individual Therapy: Establish meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients, helping them explore their emotions and develop personalized coping strategies through one-on-one sessions.
• Create Treatment Plans: Collaborate closely with clients to define their mental health goals and needs, crafting individualized treatment plans that are actionable and tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Monitor Client Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback loops to track clients' progress, ensuring the effectiveness of interventions and adapting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work with other health professionals, including psychiatrists and support staff, to communicate client progress and coordinate comprehensive care.

Your work will primarily focus on young adults aged 18 to 30 in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This program is designed for individuals struggling with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. By providing targeted therapeutic interventions, you will contribute significantly to their recovery journey, helping them build the skills essential for a balanced and productive life.

• Must hold a valid LPCC license; experience in providing clinical counseling is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is a minimum requirement.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with clients with mental health and mood disorders, preferably in either residential or outpatient settings.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting, utilizing telehealth technologies.
