Aquent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced editor to play a pivotal role in a large-scale website content initiative. This is not a developmental or junior editing position; we are looking for a true expert who thrives on improving content quality through careful review rather than creating it from scratch. You will be the meticulous guardian of content quality, ensuring that all digital materials meet the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and brand voice across multiple brands.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Edit, proofread, and fact-check high volumes of articles, web pages, FAQs, and other digital content.
  • Review content for grammar, clarity, consistency, readability, and adherence to brand voice.
  • Verify facts by referencing approved source materials and academic program information.
  • Identify inconsistencies, inaccuracies, missing information, or unsupported claims before publication.
  • Apply established style guides and internal editorial standards across multiple brands.
  • Ensure content complies with legal, regulatory, and institutional guidelines, escalating content that may require legal review.
  • Review AI-assisted content to ensure accuracy, originality, and appropriate tone-never relying solely on AI-generated output.

What You'll Bring
Must-Have Qualifications
