Job Description:
  • Responsible for obtaining vitals, blood, urine, EKGs, and medical history.
  • Travel to patients' locations for appointments.
  • Paid per appointment and service provided, (this is not an hourly position).
  • Bi-Weekly pay.
Responsibilities:
  • Travel to specified locations to obtain samples as required.
  • Gathering mandatory information from patients and verifying their identities.
  • Obtaining vitals, blood, urine, EKG & medical history.
  • Accurately labeling all samples.
  • Packaging and distributing samples and paperwork to their required destinations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experienced phlebotomist.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Valid auto Insurance.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge regarding HIPAA/PHI law.
  • Detail-oriented organizational skills.
  • Professional, responsible, and self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must be computer proficient, have internet access, and printer/scanner to upload completed documents.
